I'm exporting an animated character to FBX from iClone at 60fps (400 frames.) When I import into Marvelous Designer, the clip is only 200 frames long. How do I set the project frame rate in Marvelous?

Thank you for contacting us.
According to your inquiry, as for the FBX file format, we don't have a setting for FPS.
We are currently based on 30fps in the Marvelous Designer software. Please export your animated character with 30fps from other software to make it sync to the Marvelous Designer.
However, we are planning to add the FBX fps setting into our software soon. Until then, please use 30fps in case of FBX file format.
