I am trying to import an object into MD and create a 2D trace. But when I import it, and check the box to recreate the 2D trace with uvw, no error pops up, nor does my object go missing and not imported.

Thank you for contacting us!
In order to use OBJ to Garment feature, UV working should be very sophisticated in other software.
There are some rules that must be followed.
1. UV point should be merged.
2. Any borderline should be arranged outward. In other words, the borderlines should not go inwards.
Please unwrap UV according to those rules above and trace 2D pattern from the UV map again.

Then il try to import it without tracing - it was good, but actually got nothing in 2d window
