Save new garments to Modular Configurator

Hi everyone, 
Is it possible to save custom garments to the modular configurator? I found a section in the manual claiming you can, but it's from 2019 and the 'modular' mode doesn't exist anymore with 11. I have access to the modular configurator, but I want to add my own garments simmed on my own avatar, with my own separate pieces. Is this possible? How do you save a blocking file?

    The Modular Editor is located in the 2D Pattern Window Tool bar.
