Hi Leandro,
This is because you have freeze your belt (the part colored in light blue). When you use the freeze function to a pattern piece, it will only be used as a collision object, and will not move in space or move with the avatar. If you want to constraint the belt to the avatar, please use pin tool and attach pins to avatar, or use the tack to avatar tool instead.
