    I wish to upgrade my perpetual license from 9.5 to 11 or 12 as I was promised by MD that I would be able to do so and that Version 12 would be the cut-off point for this.

    Now, the possibility doesn't seem to exist.

    Have we been lied to by MD? What is going on?
