3. Running very very slow after the last update. I'm using a iMac ,3.8 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i7,AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16 GB,64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4. Any ideas or can I reload a older version?

I figured it out. I had  uploaded a av from blender. It seemed to be ok I made a fitting suit and figured it was good to go. Well it was the cause....
