How do I create baffles or pockets within a cushion?

I'm trying to create a cushion that will have baffles or chambers inside of it to give it thickness. This means I need to stitch 3 or 4 edges together in some areas. Is this possible to do, or is there a good tutorial or explanation on how to do it?
