Hi all!
I'm working now on a pipeline to create as much as possible automated retopo for marvelous meshes. I would love to export from marvelous information which edge connects to which. In my opinion it would be easy to just paint vertex colors based on colors of the seam ( we have nice visualization in MD, every seam line is diffrent color, i would like to write that information)
Is it possible?
That's a big sad, ngl. In CLO3D it's also impossible ot get that info out? Well, maybe I need to post that in a feature request. Thank you Angel for informations
A garment mesh can be welded between patterns and the UV is a separate output therefore edges that mate are captured. Is that not the type of seam data every model has ? Why do you need to paint separate colors on the seam ?
