Hello. I have successfully downloaded and installed MD10. I have been previously using MD8, Perpetual. After installing MD10, I am unable to login. I keep getting the message, "No licensed products found." Why am I getting this? I installed the correct download.

Unlike the subscription license, the Marvelous Designer Perpetual License gives you access only to the version you purchased.

I have the same issue, and I never had "M" anything before. I can login to my account, but not the shoftware. I should be able to use the 30 day free trial.

To log in to the software, please kindly note that you have to install the proper installer according to the license.
Could you check if you download the Trial installer?
