I am completely new to MD. So, instead of purchasing right off the back, I chose to try the 30 Day Free Trial that is offered. I made an account & installed the program. Once I got everything downloaded, I tried to log in & instantly get a message stating that my license has expired. How? I've NEVER used this program, nor has anyone in my home. I have a brand new computer that I am adding programs to. I found out about MD on Youtube. So how is my trial expired already without me using it??? Can someone please help me with this. I don't want to pay for something that I haven't tested & made sure I like. Thanks in advance for any & all help that any one of you can give.

In response to your inquiry, could you check the installer that has been downloaded on your PC is correct for the trial license?
If not, please be advised to download the correct one like the picture shown below.

I have the same problem, the trial download button isn't working, it says I've already used it but I haven't!
same here, was really looking forward to getting to try it guess ill just keep learning in blender.
