According to the settings and images you've shared with us, I think we can try a few ways to improve the situation.
First, please set all the Layers to 0 for stable simulation.
In order to make the simulation most stable, try to set the figures to the default value in your Property Editor.
Then, if the animation is so fast that the above issue occurs, you may increase the number of simulation figures in the Simulation Property Editor. (Please refer to the image below.)
