If I put a T-shirt on a female avatar, it doesn't work properly. The clothes are hanging in the middle.

In fact, we had a library asset error on Tshirt and Pants. That's why you couldn't use the Auto Fitting feature on Tshirt assets.
I suggest you download Tshirt and Pants again. By clicking the icon view, the download button will be activated on those two assets.

Did you view the many short help videos on MD > youtube site? I suggest you do that pronto as all this is covered in their introductory videos on using the avatars arrangement points to align your pattern pieces correctly before you run a simulation.
I always suggest if you are new to the software > play a little with the software to start with maybe a few hours. Then quickly go through and allow yourself 8 hours of relaxed time to digest the many short online videos > then go back to playing for a few hours, if at that point you are still struggling with the basics ask a few questions. At this point I think you need to allow yourself the time to do that task.
