crashing when autofitting

hi, When I use autofitting to make the garment fit the avatar. it will run until the log shows "finished" and then crashed.  I have tried the sample avatar with marvelous designer. none of them works...
so if you have a solution, please let me know. Thank you.
my pc is 
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900K   3.19 GHz
128 GB
 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti
Windows 11 Pro 21H2

    Hi You Kamihiro,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Could you please show us a picture of your garment with the particle distance? It is likely due too the particle distance is set too low which makes the mesh very dense.  Use the auto fit function for a garment that is too dense may cause crashing. Please increase your particle distance number first and lower it after the autofitting is done

    If this does not fix your issue, please reinstall the software from your profile or via this [link], and make sure all file are installed.
