ERROR MSG. "FAILED TO SAVE THUMBNAIL IMAGE" KEEPS POPPIING UP WITH EVERY ATTEMPT TO SAVE

keep getting 2 error message that appear back-to-back after each attempt to save:  "FAILED TO SAVE THUMBNAIL IMAGE" and "FAILED TO SAVE ZPRJ FILE".  How can I fix this?
