How I can achieve this kind of small fold on end of the sleeve in marvelous designer?
It's merely a single, small pleat. You will need the main sleeve pattern to be just a bit longer at that seam than the cuff length. Put in two internal lines, one with a 0 degree fold angle, and one with a 360 degree fold angle. If you want the pleat to lay flat, as in your picture, instead of having the lines being parallel, have them converge at a point. In this example pic, using one of the Modular Configurator sleeves, the pleat lines do not converge, and the top of the pleat is not flat.
