Failed to save. AddFiletozip().4086

I'm having a continuous error to save the file i'm working on, as i get a pop up message that says 'Failed to save. AddFiletozip().4086', so i'm not able to save the work. Does anybody have the same issue?

I'm using MD9 on windows 10, the file i'm working in is in an external hard drive, due to the lack of space in the main hard drive, thanks.
