Why does this happen every time I try to import my character that I designed and animated in Cinema 4D? I have no idea what to do. Thanks

Two things to check:
1.Looks like you imported the character as a non-avatar item and it fell apart ? When you import any character you need to import it as a avatar (object) maybe try another format. eg: .obj, fbx.
2. Alternatively if you imported as an avatar and this is the result ( reporter character model limbs ripped out of their sockets by a madman like Trump) well that is most likely due to your character not having the limbs and body parts correctly parented in your previous modelling software, and or the scale values wrong on the bone rig. You need to make sure that your characters development scales and parenting is zero'ed so that all the elements stay relative to their position BEFORE you export the model for use in another software.
