I understand technically why half my stitching is being deleted but I think it would be fair to say that nobody expects this behaviour. Especially if exporting thickness, as per the attached the stitch is cut off and the thickness curve extends past that point. I feel the minimum offset should be limited by half the thickness of the thread. Which I have now done manually, but is also not helped by the thread thickness being metric and the garment being inches. Stitches are often mangled too, which I have not figured out yet.
