Multiple "Start Dictation..." menu entries under edit menu on OSX

Any idea what causes this? Sometimes I have seen this list with 20+ entries.

    This looks like the apple start menu only.  What is the problem you are having with your Marvelous Designer program?

    It's the edit menu in Marvelous Designer actually, which is why I posted it here. I do not see the issue in other software.
