Graphic Card does not support OpenGL 1.3 ?

Hi,i have Nvidia RTX 2070 with the newest Driver installed but i become on Start this Message and cant open Marvelous Desigenr. Can someone help me please?

    Please can someone here help with this.  Customer Support at MD hasn't helped with my emails back and forth, my system has support for OpenGL, from OpenGL 1.1 through to 4.5 (including 1.3) and MD 10 is the only software I have that won't work, I get the same message as Ivan.

    My system uses 2 x RTX 3090 connected via NVLink.

     

    MD 9.5 works fine.  It's just MD 10 won't work and gives me this error message on start up of MD 10.

    Please help.
