Hello, since we've upgraded to Marvelous 10 , we are running into some issues when we have to import a animated object from Maya18.
Anytime we try to import a files (could be a alembic,Mcc,Mcx,Fbx), we've got frames added on the frame range.
My object is animated from frame 1 to 300 in maya 2018 at 24 FPS and whatever files format, and when we export it to Marvelous, it's now animated from 1 to 375.
Also when we export then import in maya, the garment that we added on this object get a offset on Y axis.
Is someone having the same issue on this version ?
Thanks.
I checked, there is a problem with the MD10 in me too. In MD 9.5 it is ok.
You can try to report it for support. But you don't expect much. Maravelus has the worst support I know. I have tried to report a problem several times. For a long time there is no answer, and when it is, it makes no sense. You describe a problem and they refer to something completely different. After some time I gave up, because it is a waste of time.
As you can see you reported the problem on the forum. In my opinion there is a very serious mistake. And nobody from MArvelus team was able to respond for 20 days.
I confirmed this issue yesterday, when you import an Alembic File the FPS selection is busted it will always come in as 30FPS no matter what you choose, if you have a 24fps Alembic file instead of coming as 240frames in the animation panel it will come in as 300 where as MD 9.5 would import it correctly.
