Select/Move and Gizmo in 3D Window Not Working

I've looked at the same question, but there's no satisfactory answer.

My error is that the 3D Gizmo appears only on three consecutive clicks, and disappears on the manipulation attempt.

And there is no 3D operation during the simulation

The symptoms are the same no matter what you set up.

All features of the 3D viewport are unavailable.
