I'm a complete beginner so bear with me - I've imported my character from Daz, and applied the custom bounding volume, made a very basic cloth but when I simulate it it goes through the character. This isn't the dress design lol but I've tried earlier and the same thing happens.
I've changed the particle distance from 20 all the way to 100 to see if it will help, but nothing changes the "outfit" still goes completely through the avatar. Please help!
The normals on your avatar are inverted. (Telletale clue: black skin.) MD relies on normals to tell the cloth which side is 'out' for the cloth to be correctly placed during sims. You will need to fix that before importing.
