Trial 30 day login error

Hello,

I have downloaded the product to test it 30 days, but I can't connect : invalid ID or Password message.

What's wrong ? I can connect the web site without problem with these parameters.

    Could you please check if you downloaded the right software installer for your Personal Trial, not an Enterprise version?

    get the same ID and/or password error

    Hi,

    Im getting the same issue. I clicked on the 30-day trial version.

    The file downloaded is...    MarvelousDesigner11_Personal_6_1_547_Installer_x64

    I get the  Invalid ID or Password error.

    I am assuming the ID is the same on my account and the password is the same to log onto your website.

    No other ID's or passwords have been sent to me.
