Hello, I am trying to create a skirt similar to this reference, highlighted in red. I would like to know how I would go on to make the vertical lines which then splits into the pleated pattern?

Thank you for contacting us,
You can create this skirt using the pleats tool. And for the upper portion of the skirt, use free sewing to sew the top parts of the pleats together.

Please note that the pleats used in this tutorial is Knife Pleats, and the you need to chose Box Pleats to create the skirt in your reference image.
