It seems like not all patterns of the same garment show up in the UV Editor with the same texel density even though I haven't tweaked anything. For instance, one of the sleeves will appear, in the UV Editor, 20% smaller than the other one. It's pretty random and can be a real problem once you apply textures. Is there a way to control the Texel Density (or pixel/unit), so all the pattern pieces will be at the same scale? Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us.
To fix your problem, simply right click at an empty space in the UV editor and chose reset UV to 2D Arrangement, this will reset all UV shells back to the scale and layout base on your 2D window.
It is a good practice to always do this before you layout your UVs
