OBJ exporter has issues - Un-welded internal line and useless material names

The OBJ exporter hasn't been usable for me since about Marvelous Designer 2024.1

Internal lines are being exported un-weld, where previously they have been welded

Also previously material name would generally be bases off the Fabric name (although there was always added garbage text on the end that needed to cleanup and sometime they would get jumbled) but now they are all just Material2594 and such

Currently I'm sticking with 2024.0.191
