Need help creating fitting suit

Hi
I require some assistance in creating my fitting suit.
After several tries am unable to create anything that works.
Please see the attached.
I believe I am creating my reference lines correctly.
But after applying it appears incorrect.
Could someone possibly provide some feedback on how to proceed?
