I have been looking at this and the pricing for a few weeks. Finally signed up, confirmed e mail, but whenever I sign in I can't purchase or download it, all the buttons are just grayed out.

Please, check you do not have the Trial license active. If is still active, that will not aloud you to purchase any other license.
