There is nothing wrong when I checked with Marvelus, but the problem only occurs in Maya.

I will be glad to help you out but if it isnt an MD issue I'm afraid my advice might not be that price. That looks like a tack tool, check if you haven't applied any. Also, check for small patterns that might be not visible at first but on the export they generate errors.
The only thing I think of is if you have been importing several times this garment with the same name to the scene, and some historical have been preserved from one obj to another cause of the name sharing.
Maybe a short video of the issue could give some more info about it.
