Can we be able to export edge UV's on a thick mesh, Unified UV Coordinates have no edges and its really frustrating when now texturing, or advise for a better workflow which does not involve re-arranging UV's?

We apologize for this inconvenience. We had identified this issue (missing side UV with thick mesh exporting) and we will try our best to fix this soon! Unfortunately, there is no workaround, instead, you can use your 3D software package to fix this issue.
