Quad meshes at edge (sewing line) are broken into triangles and it makes weired in substance painter

    If you need a low polycount for the baking, you can create a low res with the retopology tools. The remesh tool will adjust as much as it can the actual mesh into Quads, but on the edges and corners of the patterns, it might adjust with tris to complete the space.
