Crashes on import and export

Whenever I try to import or export from marvelous designer 12 personal the software crashes. It seems to be related to the windows explorer as I can drag and drop files to import them, but as soon as I do anything that requires the windows explorer to open up the software crashes.

I am on windows 11. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. Thank you
