I've exported a Genesis 8 Character and animation (FBX Format) from Daz Studio and imported it into MD. The file imports perfectly and the animation plays, but it distorts the avatar mesh as it does. The first time I played the animation, the fingers we very distorted. I closed MD, reopened it and reloaded the file, and now the arms are distorting but the fingers are fine.
Any idea what's causing this and how to fix it?
Sorry, I'd include a screen shot but the app won't let me even though my image meets the file extension and size criteria.
Thank you for contacting us,
This can happen if your animation keys are not baked to every joint and being sampled every frame. Please try bake your animation to joints and export a new FBX file, or you can use Alembic file format instead.
Let me know you this solves your issue. If not, please send us your FBX file to us in a support ticket, and we can take a closer took on our end.
Best regards,

Tried opening a support ticket, as you suggested, but similar to this interface not allowing me to upload .jpg screen shots, the contact page will not allow me to upload the .zprj file or a .fbx file for that matter.
As for your "baking the animation to joints" suggestion, there really is no way to bake animations in DAZ. Any other ideas?
