Hello,
I am having an issue with compatibility of a garment with my avatar.
The outfit looks way blown out of proportion next to the avatar and I don't know how to make it fit (besides it has another pose).
Could someone give me a hand here?
Thank you very much

Thank you for contacting us,
The avatar you imported into Marvelous Designer is way too small.
The cloth solver in Marvelous Designer works with real life measurement, the default unit is millimeter. When you import an model into Marvelous Designer, in the pop-up window, you can chose the scale percentage to import, or chose a scale preset. It is best practice to have your model in similar scale with our demo avatars from the Library.
From the screen shot, it looks like your garment is in the correct scale, and you would need to chose the "cm (DAZ Studio)" preset when you import your avatar.
Best regards,
Marvelous Designer Support Team
Now it works correctly in size.
The only issue i have is that the garment is not adjusting to the avatar's pose. How can I fix this?
I tried with autofitting and also making it by hand, but it doesn't end up looking good or correctly fitted to the body.
Thank you very much for your help
you may have to use the arrangement points to place it on your avatar if you are struggling, the autofitting options are a help, not a perfect solution. Depending on how the garment was made or how the pattern looks on the body, it might just be how that garment will look on your avatar. Similar to you yourself T-posing in a suit jacket: it will look weird if you do that, but with your arms at your sides the suit jacket looks "normal". The autofitting and applying gets you only so far, you might have to finagle/ play with the pattern an how its fitting on your avatar.
