MD 12 UI pop out window missing resize button. Double click not working

The newest version of MD is missing the resize window button. Double clicking the top bar also does not maximize the window. This makes using a 2 monitor setup annoying. Yes, it is possible to resize the window from the bottom corners, but it's difficult to get it to full screen.
