Company ID - End User ID Relationship diagram

Difference between End User and Company ID

Company ID: Your "Company ID" is an administrator account that can manage "End User IDs" owned by the license manager or purchaser. Through your Team Console page on our website, you can create, delete and change the password of any "End User ID" that belongs to the "Company ID". Purchasing and assigning a license to an "End User ID" are authorities only available to a “Company ID”. A “Company ID” cannot contain any type of license on its own and therefore cannot be used to log into the software.

End User ID: An "End User ID" is an account for actual users which can hold licenses and is used to log in to the software. An "End User ID" cannot be used to purchase a license through our website. An End User ID can only be used to modify some of the information on its account page (i.e. Name, Country, Territory, Region, or Profile Photo)

* Note

In the case of Enterprise Users who have created their IDs before the deployment of the ‘Company ID - End User ID’ structure, you would already have the Company ID designated by us.

Personal ID Guideline

Personal ID: A Personal ID is an account for all personal license users. Personal ID can only purchase personal licenses.

How to use My Account

Dashboard

In the Dashboard section, you can view the general information of your account, as well as the licenses you possess at the moment

*License

Users can view all licenses they have access to. They can also download different update installers under each license version in the archive list. 

Account

On the Account section, you can check more specific information of the account, as well as modify some of the information including Name, Profile photo, Occupation, Billing Address, Country/ Territory/ Region.

*Newsletter Subscription

Users can either turn on and off the newsletter subscription option with this slide bar

**Delete Account

Users can proceed to delete their account as long as there is no active license existing at the moment

License

On the License section, you can check the Name of the product you have/ Expiry date of it/ Different versions of installers on Windows and Mac OS, Cancellation

*Order History

Users can check on your order history that includes ‘order date’, ‘product’, ‘payment method’, ‘amount’, ‘invoice’

**Cancel

This section shows a button for users to cancel their subscription, but for those of who have purchased a license in prepaid method or possess perpetual version will have blank in a section instead
