For enterprise licenses, customers with existing perpetual Enterprise licenses can convert to one copy of a 2-year subscription license per copy of perpetual license by purchasing a subscription conversion.
If you have a personal perpetual license and choose to convert it to a subscription license, you can receive one year of subscription per copy of the perpetual license.
