Yes, if you're using a recurring subscription license, you can cancel your recurring subscription on My account > License page.
Per cancellation to Enterprise Standalone Monthly plan, please follow the steps below.
- Log in with your Company ID on our website
- Go to Team Console page
- Go to User & Subscription
- Click the End User ID that has Standalone Monthly plan
- Cancel the subscription at Active License list
Note
- You will be able to access your license until the current subscription date, and you can re-subscribe at any time after the license expiration.
- Please note cancellation of subscription after the renewal is non-refundable.
