Yes, if you're using a recurring subscription license, you can cancel your recurring subscription on My account > License page. (Click "Stop Subscription")

You can either choose "Cancel Subscription" or "Pause Subscription" of up to 6 months.

* Even if you cancel your subscription, you can continue using it for the remaining period until the license expires under the "cancel scheduled" status. Once the license expires, it will be completely canceled, and no additional charges will be incurred.

* For annual license subscribers, the "Stop Subscription" button is not visible because the license does not renew automatically.

[Personal Trial License Holder] 

You can cancel the trial by clicking the Cancel Trial button. No charges will be applied after the trial expires.

* Even if you cancel your Trial, you can continue using it for the remaining period until the trial expires under the "cancel scheduled" status. Once the license expires, it will be completely canceled, and no additional charges will be incurred.

Personal License Status Details:

✅ Active
Your license is currently active, and payments are being processed as expected. You have full access to Marvelous Designer.

⏳ Pause Scheduled
Your license is active, and payments are being processed, but a pause has been scheduled. You can continue using Marvelous Designer until the scheduled pause date.

🚫 Paused
Your license remains active, but payments have been stopped, and Marvelous Designer is no longer accessible.

📅 Cancel Scheduled
Your license is active, and payments are being processed, but a cancellation has been scheduled. You can continue using Marvelous Designer until the scheduled cancellation date.

[Enterprise Monthly License Holder] 

Per cancellation to Enterprise Standalone Monthly plan, please follow the steps below.

• Log in with your Company ID on our website
• Go to License Account Admin page
• Find the License ID that has the Standalone Monthly plan and click
• Cancel the subscription at Active License list

Note

• You will be able to access your license until the current subscription date, and you can re-subscribe at any time after the license expiration.
• Please note cancellation of subscription after the renewal is non-refundable.
