Network Offline License Setup Guide – Marvelous Designer

Marvelous Designer Network Offline Licenses will be provided with a software license key (SL Key).
Here are a few reminders when it comes to the SL key setup process.

Category	Server Environment
Content	Will not work on the same server as a USB dongle license type. Due to technical reasons, software license keys cannot be set up on the same server where a physical USB dongle (HW key) is installed. In this case, we recommend using a separate server. However, if you happen to use the same server for both license types, please let the sales team know.

Category	Virtual Server
Content	Available to set up on a virtual server, but a fee for reissuing the SL key may arise due to a server down. SL key is able to be set up on a virtual server, but if the SL key is damaged due to a server down, for example, you may have to request a reissued key from our sales team (a Reissuing Fee will be charged). In this case, please contact the sales team.

Category	Transfer SL Key to a different server (For Windows server only)
Content	Link to Rehost SL Key Manual This functionality is available only if the original server, where the SL key is currently installed, is valid and the new server is set up and ready.

Based on your current license status or server OS type, there will be a specific manual for each case.

1) First time installing network offline license
