Avatar: Register Pose/Motion – Marvelous Designer

Main Menu ▶ Avatar ▶ Register Pose/Motion

Click the Main Menu » Avatar » Register Pose/Motion.
→ A popup window with message "All avatars and garments in 3D Window will be deleted. Do you want to proceed?" Click Proceed Button if you want to continue.
In the Register Pose/Motion window, select the type to register, either Pose or Motion.
Open the FBX file by clicking on the folder button.
Select the Gender of the compatible CLO avatar and select the Shoe Type for female.
For motion, switch to Animation mode to play loaded motion as needed.
Click the Save button to save as the Pose(*.pos) or Motion(*.mtn) file.

Type	Pose	Register and save as pose (*.pos) file type.
	Motion	Register and save as motion (*.mtn) file type.
File (FBX)	Select the FBX file with animation to use for registering.
Option
Gender	Female	Register the pose / Motion to female template avatar.
		Shoe Type	Select between Heels and flat shoe types. This setting will affect heel joint rotation of the character.
	Male	Register the pose / Motion to male template avatar.
	Kid	Register the pose / Motion to kid template avatar.
Region (for motion *.mtn file type only)	Entire	Register the animation from the FBX file to entire region.
	Play Only	Register the animation from the FBX file to set play region only.
	Current Frame	Register the animation from the FBX file to current frame.
