Objective
Add and organize Buttonhole style and apply it to the Buttonholes in the scene.
Location
Object Browser ▶ Buttonhole Style Tab (ver. 2025.0)
Main Menu ▶ Window ▶ Object Browser ▶ Buttonhole Style Tab (ver. 2025.0)
Operation
Open Asset Library
- Open the Asset Library tab in Location.
- Select the
Asset Library icon to open the default location for Buttonhole assets in the New Library Window.
Add New Buttonhole Style & Apply
- Select the tool/menu indicated.
- Click +Add at the top right.
Or add a Buttonhole file by dragging it to the Buttonhole Style tab or on the Buttonhole asset.
→ A Buttonhole style is added.
Copy Buttonhole Style & Apply
- Click Copy at the top right.
→ A Buttonhole style is duplicated. - Replace an existing Buttonhole Style and apply it.
Or after selecting a Buttonhole first, click the Assign Buttonhole to the right of the Buttonhole style.
→ The Buttonhole Style is replaced.
Assign New Buttonhole Style
- Select 1 or more existing Buttonholes in either the 3D window with the Select tool [Q] or in the 2D window with the select tool or Button/Buttonhole Select/move tool
- While selected: go to the Buttonhole Style Tab
- Select the Assign New Buttonhole option to generate and apply the New Buttonhole Style to all selected buttonhole assets.
Buttonhole Item Context Menu
Right-click a button in the location panel to rearrange the buttonhole list.
| Menu | Description |
| Delete | Deletes the selected Buttonhole style. ※Note: You can also delete them with the Delete buttonhole on the keyboard. A Buttonhole Style can only be deleted if there is no Buttonhole assigned to it. |
| Delete All Unused Buttonholes | Removes unused Buttonholes from the Buttonhole list. |
| Rename | Rename the Buttonhole style. |
| Reset | Resets the properties of the Buttonhole style to the Default Buttonhole properties. |
