Objective

Make a custom user-defined UI layout: including the state of open windows, docking positions, and window sizes, can be saved and reloaded as needed, allowing for efficient optimization of the workspace.

Location

Main Menu ▶ Window ▶ Layout

Operation

1. Dock individual windows to your preferred positions and adjust their width and height as desired.
2. Click Export Layout in the Layout menu, enter a name for custom UI layout in the dialog that appears, then click OK.
3. The UI Layout will be saved under the Custom Layouts group in the Layout Menu, and a *.uix file will be saved in the default directory.
4. Click Browse Directory to open the folder where the file has been saved.

5. Clicking on any item under either Layouts (System Default) or Custom Layouts will load the corresponding saved layout.

    

※ Note: The Layout list is synchronized with the default folder. You can back up any desired layout files separately and paste them into this folder to reuse them after reinstalling the software.
