Objective
Create buttons along a Pattern Outline in a constant interval and distance.

Operation
Create
- Select the tool/menu indicated.
- Right-click on the outline of the pattern.
→ The button/buttonhole creation option window appears along the pattern outline.
※Note: Hold down the Shift key and left-click on a segment to select multiple. - Set each option and click OK.
Type | Start Position | Repeatedly create a button based on the starting point. | |
Distribute | Create by aligning buttons at regular intervals between the starting and ending points. | ||
Based on Start | Start Position | Distance | Adjust the distance between the clicked segment and the center of the button. |
Interval | Adjust the spacing between the pattern outline and the center of the button. | ||
Reverse | The starting point of the button and replicated created direction are adjusted in reverse. | ||

Interval | Adjust the distance between the buttons. | |
Number of Buttons/Buttonholes | Adjust the number of buttons. | ||

Position | Distance | Adjust the distance between the clicked segment and t he center of the button. |
Start/End Interval | Adjust the spacing between the pattern outline and the center of the start/end buttons. | ||
Replicate | Number of Buttons/Buttonholes | Enter the number of buttons/buttonholes to align between the start and end points. |
→ A group button is created.
Select
- Select the tool/menu indicated.
- Click a button or segment created along the pattern outline.
→ All grouped buttons are selected. - Change the button properties and style or right-click.
→ Applied to grouped buttons.
→ Group information is not copied/pasted.
※Note:
- If clicking again on the selected group button, it is able to select a button individually.
- Grouped buttons cannot be moved.
Unlink
- Select the tool/menu indicated in Location.
- After right-clicking on a button or segment created along the pattern outline and click Unlink Buttons/Buttonholes.
→ The group is unlinked.
