To update your existing Software License Key after renewing a license, or adding copies, please follow the instruction below.

If you're a Windows user, please follow the '1-A' instruction and if you're Linux or Mac OS user, please follow '1-B' instructions.

1-A (Window OS)

Step 1. Generate C2V file with the RUS executable file, and submit your C2V file to this page (Login with company account is required). If you experience any difficulties, please contact us via support@marvelousdesigner.com

1-B (Linux or Mac OS)

Step 1. Enter ACC Page (LINK)

Step 2. Please find the correct license and Key ID on ACC page's 'Sentinel Keys' list, and click 'C2V'.

If you're not aware of Key ID, please send your inquiry to sales@marvelousdesigner.com

Step 3. Click 'Create C2V File' to generate a new C2V file, and submit your C2V file to this page (Login with company account is required). If you experience any difficulties, please contact us via support@marvelousdesigner.com
