Objective
Add and organize fabric style and apply it to the garment.

Operation
Open Fabric Asset Library
- Open the Fabric Library tab in Location.
- Select the Asset Library icon
to open the default location for Fabric Style assets in the New Library Window.
Add Fabric Style & Apply
- Select the tool/menu indicated.
- Click +Add at the top right.
Or add a Fabric file by dragging it to the Fabric tab or on the 3D garment.
→ A Fabric style is added.
Click Copy at the top right.
→ A Fabric style is duplicated. - Drag the style to the 3D/2D pattern and apply it.
Or after selecting a pattern first, click the Assign button to the right of the Fabric tab or Fabric style.
→ The Fabric is applied to the pattern. - By clicking the left square icon located on the right of the Fabric name, you can toggle texture mapping type between Unified Map / Texture Repeat.
Unified Map: Displays textures based on the pattern layout in the UV map.
Texture Repeat: Repeatedly displays the texture across the pattern. - Click the Plus icon located on the left of the bin icon, to add prints to your Fabric. Select your print image and open. You can still change the Unified Map / Texture Repeat by clicking the icon from process #4.
Adjust the Material Property Editor.
Group Setting (ver. 2025.0)
- To set Fabric Groups,
Click the Create New Folder button at the top left of the Fabric tab.
→ A new folder group is created. - Click the Add Fabric or Open Fabric Files buttons on the right side of the group to load the Fabric file.
→ A Fabric style is added or opened to the group. - Click the Edit Folder Name button on the left of the group to edit the name.
- Click and Drag the Fabric to different groups.
→ Right click on the Fabric, select Drop as Copying, to drop the fabric to the other group folder to copy. This allows to keep the Fabric in the original group folder while making a copied Fabric in the new group folder.
→ Right click on the Fabric, select Drop as Moving, to drop the fabric to the other group folder.
