Q. Can I temporarily pause my subscription?

A. Yes, you can temporarily pause your subscription instead of canceling it. Your payment details will be saved, so you can easily resume your subscription without needing to repurchase it from scratch.

* Only personal monthly licenses can be paused. (Enterprise License, Student License, Trial License are not applicable)

Subscription Pause

1. Log in to your account and go to the 'License' page.

2. Click on 'Stop Subscription'.

3. Select 'Pause Subscription' and choose a pause period of up to 6 months.

4. Your subscription status will change to 'Pause Scheduled', meaning the pause will take effect once your current license expires.

Additional Notes:

• While the status is 'Pause Scheduled', you can select 'Undo Pause' to keep your subscription active.
• During the pause period, you can 'Resume' your subscription at any time before the pause ends. A new billing cycle will begin when you resume your subscription.
• Any coupon discounts you have will still be valid after the pause period.

Status Details:

✅ Active

Your license is currently active, and payments are being processed as expected. You have full access to Marvelous Designer.

⏳ Pause Scheduled

Your license is active, and payments are being processed, but a pause has been scheduled. You can continue using Marvelous Designer until the scheduled pause date.

🚫 Paused

Your license remains active, but payments have been stopped, and Marvelous Designer is no longer accessible.

📅 Cancel Scheduled

Your license is active, and payments are being processed, but a cancellation has been scheduled. You can continue using Marvelous Designer until the scheduled cancellation date.
