Objective
Use this function to set resistance against the bouncing speed of Garments.
Increasing the Internal Damping value is going to cause the Garment to slow down as if it is in underwater, and lowering the value is going to cause it to bounce very quickly.
※ Note: Adjusting the measurement while putting Garments on does not make a noticeable difference. Therefore it is better to use during animation as it influences Garments when they are moving.
