Objective

Move or rotate the slider to adjust its distance from the zipper tape.

Location

Main Menu ▶ 3D Garment ▶ Select/Move

3D Toolbar ▶  Select/Move

Operation

Move

1. Create a zipper.
   
   

2. While the Simulation is turned off, follow the indicated guideline below:

   Main Menu ▶ 3D Garment ▶ Select/Move

   3D Toolbar ▶ Select/Move
   
   

3. Click the slider.
   → The slider is selected and its Gizmo appears.
   
   
4. Click and drag the blue segment of the Gizmo to move the slider back and forth.
   Sliders cannot be moved along with Y and Z axes.
   
   

Rotate

1. With the Select/Move tool, click on the slider to access the Slider Gizmo.

2. Click and drag the blue circle of the Gizmo to rotate on the Y axis.
   Click and drag the yellow-green circle of the Gizmo to rotate on the X axis.
   Click and drag the red circle of the Gizmo to rotate on the Z axis.
   → The selected zipper slider rotates based on the selected circle.

3. To rotate the puller only, click on the puller while the slider is selected.
   → The selected puller is highlighted in yellow and the Gizmo changes accordingly.
   
   
4. Rotate the puller referencing #2.

※ Note: To reset the slider's position and angle, right click on the slider and select the Reset Slider Arrangement option.
