Objective
Insert elastic to the outer/internal lines of a Pattern to express shirring details.
Location
Pattern Property Editor ▶ Select a Line ▶ Elastic
Operation
- Select a outer or internal line with Transform Pattern or Edit Pattern tool.
- Follow the indicated guideline:
Pattern Property Editor ▶ Select a Line ▶ Elastic
- Click the checkbox and set it On.
- Adjust the intensity and ratio of the elastic.
※ Note:
Elastic Properties
| Elastic | Decides whether to insert an elastic or not. Even though adjusting the value of intensity and ratio is not going to be applied, if this is not being checked. |
| Strength | Increase or decrease the elastic intensity value. Even if elastic that has the same ratio, may be affected differently depending on their intensity. |
| Ratio | Shows the elastic ratio when the selected segment is set at 100%. Various garment can be expressed by adjusting the elastic ratio. The elastic ratio can be set up to 200% of the maximum segment. |
| Length | Adjusts the elastic when the length value is entered. If multiple segments are selected, the entered value will be applied to each segment. |
| Entire Length | If multiple segments are selected, the entered value will be applied as the total length of the combined segments. |
